It would appear as if a new over-the-air update for HTC’s super-popular HTC EVO 4G Android smartphone has been pushed out today. Update 1.47.651.1, 21.43 MB in size, is said to address various WiFi performance issues, as well as ActiveSync enhancements and bug fixes.
In addition, the update is said to repair the social networking sync bug, which according to BGR, has previously “hammer[ed] battery life.”
There may be some additional information associated with this particular update, and we’ll update this most when/if more information comes our way.
