With all the other variants of the Samsung Galaxy S outed by their respective US carriers, the Fascinate from Verizon remains the only device which is yet to go public. It now appears that the release date is getting closer as Best Buy has announced the Fascinate pre-order date for August 29. Best Buy members who belong to the Reward Zone can pre-order the device beginning today. There is every chance that the Fascinate fanatics from Big Red could get to lay their hands on the Galaxy S variant sometime in the first week of September, though Verizon is yet to endorse this probability.
Just to refresh your memories, the Fascinate is a Galaxy S variant blessed with stunning features like a Super AMOLED screen, 1GHz processor and Google’s very own Android Eclair OS.
