The Samsung SGH-a227 has recently shown up on AT&T’s website pages.The phone features an internal 65k color display and a monochrome external display. Clad in a black and grey color scheme, and lacking real multimedia capabilities, the sedate looking a227 certainly seems ready for the office environment.
This entry-level cell phone offers worldwide connectivity with quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) network support and an HTML-capable web browser. Coming in at 96.4g (3.4oz), the Samsung SGH-a227 shouldn’t weigh you down when you’re on the go. Samsung claims’s that the a227′s battery should be good for about 4 hours of talk time or almost 16 days of standby time with a full charge.
