
We’ve already seen plenty of details about the upcoming BlackBerry 9670 — which has come to be known as Clamshell due to its form factor. Of course, Waterloo, Ontario-based Research In Motion [RIM] will not brand the device BlackBerry Clamshell. That just doesn’t sound good at all.
Well, we’re now learning that RIM is apparently planning to officially name this model the BlackBerry Style, which is a bit ironic, given that it’s not the best-looking or most stylish BlackBerry Smarthphone out there. It was initially believed that the Clamshell would be part of the BlackBerry Flip family for obvious reasons. However, it now seems as though RIM has decided to commence a new family.
