The e-book reading application from Amazon, Kindle, is now available on most big gadget brands but the Android users have still not been able to relish the app on their devices. The same is destined to change soon as Android users will get to read their e-books on the Android devices hopefully after the end of this summer.

When the App goes public, all Android 1.6 or above users will be able to use the application to search, browse, and purchase ebooks from the amazing collection available at Amazon. The users could multi-task search, browse etc simultaneously without the need of exiting the app for each individual function.
What is more is that Kindle for Android will also feature Whispersync that will enable the users to sync all bookmarks, last page read, notes, and highlights with other Kindle-based devices. Demonstration of the Kindle Android App will hopefully be available at the Google I/O which begins tomorrow.
